Wrath of Olives assassinated 1 of Fileq al-Sham mercenaries' commander

The Operations Room of the Wrath of Olives announced that its fighters had captured one of Fileq al-Sham mercenaries in an ambush and assasinated him for participating in the invasion of Afrin and committing massacres and violations against the people of Afrin.

Wrath of Olives' Operations Room issued a statement in this regard published on its official website attached to a video showing the moment of killing of the mercenary called Ziad Mohammed Gibbon, and said in the text of the statement:

"Our fighters who promised to take revenge for all the martyrs of the resistance of Afrin and its people who suffered the tragedies because of the Turkish occupation and mercenaries, carried out on 28-8-2018 the assassination of a mercenary "Ziad Muhammad Gibbon, "who participated as a battalion commander in the invasion of Afrin and committed massacres and violations against our people and our land.

The mercenary Ziad Gibbon was ambushed by our fighters on the road to Shih district and met his fate after he admitted his participation with the Turkish occupation army in the invasion of Afrin.

We renew our pledge to our people and our land that we will take revenge from all mercenaries and traitors wherever they are and by all means, where they will be an example of those who participated to attack our people."
