Future Syria Party opened office in Deir ez-Zor

In order to expand and organize its works and to introduce its objectives, the Future Syria Party opened on Thursday its office in Moheimida village in Deir ez-Zor western countryside during a ceremony.

The Future Syria Party continues its activities, introducing its goals and expanding its works. In this context, it opened on Thursday an office in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor as it took a center in Moheimida village.

The office’s site was ornamented by the flags of the Future Syria Party and the party’s slogan, “A Decentralized, Democratic and Pluralistic Syria.” 

The members of Deir ez-Zor Civil Council, the Legislative Council, the head of the Future Syria Party Ibrahim al-Qaftan, the fighters and commanders of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the members of the civil community in addition to a legion of Deir ez-Zor residents participated in the ceremony.

The opening ceremony started with holding a minute of silence. Then, many speeches were delivered among them the speech of the Future Syria Party’s head Ibrahim al-Qaftan who congratulated Deir ez-Zor residents on the opening of the party’s office, and said, “The appropriate time when we must establish this party has come, and it is for all the honest Syrians and all those who chant for freedom, democracy, pluralism and decentralization.” 

Al-Qaftan added, “We must start the dialogue as the Future Syria Party opens dialogues with all the movements because we want peace and the reunification of all the Syrians of all sects and components.”

In his turn, the head of the Future Syria Party in Deir ez-Zor Hani al-Afyan said, “We congratulate all our residents in Deir ez-Zor on the opening of a branch for the party. This opening has a great importance for Deir ez-Zor to unify the land and cooperate with each other to be the voice of the people in addition to including the diverse spectrum of the Syrian society according to its principles and goals till justice and equality would be achieved.”

After that, the daughter of the martyr Khaled Dahham al-Bashir cut the opening band of the office. Then, the attendees toured in the halls of the office.

At the end of the celebration, Zeredasht Kobani Band presented a play about the suffering of Afrin children. Then, they delivered a national song under the name, “Sing with Us, the World’s Children.”
