Turkey’s mercenaries recruit children, continue abductions, robberies in Afrin

"I was in the city of Afrin. I wanted to buy a slice for my mobile phone. I met a child of only 15 with a Russian gun and because I looked at him, he asked me why I looked and I answered him nothing," Mustafa said.

Continuous demographic change

The Turkish occupation army is trying to use all means to pass its efforts through the demographic change of the province of Afrin.

"Most of the houses in Afrin are inhabited by displaced people from the eastern Ghouta area, as they do not have contracts proving ownership," Mustafa said.

The majority of Afrin residents were forced to leave all their belongings, including identity papers and property contracts, to avoid annihilation by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

Civilians’ properties has also been stolen and sabotaged, and the Turkish occupation army has used this to seize civilian homes on the pretext that there is no proof of ownership.

Looting and continuous kidnapping

"The mercenaries began to loot the olive crop even before the harvest date, in the village of Kharab Samak in Rajo district," Mustafa said.

He stressed that mercenaries "continue to dismantle windows, doors and household furniture for sale in the markets of Azaz under Turkish occupation."

He pointed out "the majority of kidnappings include rich families on fabricated charges for the purpose of obtaining a large sum of money for the release of the abductees."

Jamil said "the council of traitors formed by the Turkish occupation of the administration of Afrin obstructs all matters of citizens and does not provide any facilities except to those who are accomplices."
