Iraqi politician: Election fuss is fabricated  , choose governce system is linked to US , Iranian agreement

The Iraqi politician professor Ali Mahdi that the forces which had lost the elections made a fuss due to cancel the elections and put the country in the wind, asserting that the differences between Iran and United States have a significant impact on the formation of the government and it is difficult to choose governance structure without agreement between the parties.

Iraq is witnessing a swing in the process of political process after finishing of the manual recount of the results of the elections and movements not approved by the political blocs to form the Iraqi government, in conjunction with the escalation of US-Iranian differences and their impact on the Iraqi arena.

Hawar news agency held interview with a member of the Central Committee of the Iraqi Communist Party,  professorAli Mahdi.

* The results of the Iraqi elections were clarified after the manual counting. But in light of the differences between the political blocs will be the formation of the next government is easy, how do you read this stage?

As for the results of the elections, I think that the decision of the Commission on electronic sorting is a positive phenomenon, and unfortunately the forces that lost in the elections, which number more than 70 deputies from the former parliament, made a fabricated noise in order to cancel the elections and put the country in the wind.

The holding of the House of Representatives after the elections, the hearing session on the status of the Commission is a dangerous precedent, but in any case I can say that the results of manual counting will remain as they are and even the changes that took place if the work of the Commission continued and the appeals took a range to connect the same result and I think that some areas that were under domination of IS , which was later   controlled by the Iraqi government, which has had some changes in  al-Wasat area and south and Kurdistan, the results are almost the same, and this indicates that unfortunately with the Iraqi society and political lists so far is unable to absorb the election and accept the loss and congratulate the other party who won the election.

The political forces themselves are in power but with mild changes, which are changes in faces rather than changes in programs and political parties. I think now that things have become smoother and we are now in the stage of studying the appeals on the results of the elections announced by the Commission, which had ended two days of the duration allocated to it , which was three days and we believe two weeks will be resolved these issues and the Commission announces the results and also the right of the losers in the elections who believe to submit appeals also before the Commission and thus the Commission approved the members of the House of Representatives winners of the elections.

What is the impact of the Iranian-American differences on forming the Iraqi government?

Iranian-American differences have a major impact on forming a government. Since the US occupation of Iraq and until now, it is difficult to choose governance structure without the US-Iranian agreement because America was the one that occupied Iraq and had a special agenda and so far its great effects on Iraq, as well as the Iranians through parties, activities, intelligence and geographical area. The Iranians are forming the government, but certainly the scales are no longer like the former. Since the start of the recount, the southern provinces have witnessed protests. How will these protests affect the formation of the government?

On the protests and this strange paradox, during the previous elections and after the results were announced, the parties counted on the Sunni party not a few results and before the formation of the government could IS  occupation of all these areas and this reflects that these elections did not reflect the real presence of these political parties as happened in the regions of the Sunni component, now occurs in the regions of the center and south even threatened the political course of the country.

The Iraqi government by virtue of the previous crisis after the drop of oil raised its hand from a lot of support in terms of education and services and health sector , there is bad situation in services under the pretext of the decline of financial resources, but unfortunately when south Iraq  and center of Iraq in this movement we note that the Iraqi government was able to provide possibilities And this reflects that if the people did not move and did not contribute to organize itself and go out to the street, the government will not listen to the ears of others but the organized movement and the protest movement imposed on the government agendas are beyond the scope of thinking, as we note that the Council of Ministers issued  new decision every week and decisions to provide services, this did not many rulers isolated from their people and their requirements.

Protesters accuse the government of Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi of corruption. Is it possible for the political blocs to agree on a second term for al-Abadi .If Abadi returns to the state, how will the positions of the protesters be?  ?

because the Prime Minister and the ministers are unable to eliminate corruption because the parties they represent and their cadres are accused of corruption and that is why we are in a vicious circle in the issue of corruption, so the Iraqi Communist Party affiliated with the Alliance of Suron confirms that the powers and personalities that were symbols in the previous period can not enter it And a new government, because the presence of a firm and honest personality and governance and members are contaminated with corruption and manipulation of the capabilities of the people, together is a difficult task, and I believe that the second mandate of Abadi before it some of the challenges, many emphasize the need to disconnect the Dawa Party because they believe that the Dawa Party The State of Law coalition is the one who bears the sufferings experienced by our people, and most of the state institutions are members of the Dawa Party, and this is the case of separation between what Abadi proposes and between his affiliation and his affiliation with a political party that I think is difficult  to elect to second term, generally.

Will the new government be able to rid Iraq of the crisis and end it?

We believe that the new government can rid Iraq of the existing crisis, and I believe that the possibilities and capabilities of the Iraqi people, as it goes through a democratic process and periodic elections and start to touch up on  the people for the benefits of this democracy, despite the significant decline of the voter turnout of these elections, able to rid the country of the crisis, Corruption and corrupt figures did not succeed in the elections, and this is a lesson for all about the possibility of overcoming the crisis we are experiencing.

As for the Iraqi Communist Party and Sarun coalition, we have an integrated program in this regard that emphasizes sectarianism, the provision of services, the fight against corruption and corruption, and the lack of coverage of them.
