The people of Qamişlo canton denounced the practices of the Turkish state against the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan, and explained that the Turkish occupation has been hostile to the Kurdish people for many years, and it targets all their beliefs and leaders. The citizen Ibrahim Kelo talked about the practices of Turkish state towards the Kurdish people and the leader Abdullah Ocalan and explained that the Turkish state confronts the Kurdish people wherever they are aggressively through the campaigns of arresting, killing and occupying the lands.

Ibrahim Kelo explained that Turkey targeted the Kurdish people in the personality of the leader Ocalan through an international conspiracy, and explained that the plot failed and the people's passion towards the leader Ocalan, who transformed Imrali prison from a dark prison into a place to spread the democratic thought and philosophy of the free life, increased.

Ibrahim Kelo pointed out that the peoples of North Syria had adopted the philosophy of the democratic nation and that they had achieved great achievements at all levels, the most important of which is defeating the terrorism by uniting all the peoples of the area to their ranks and fighting it in one trench.

"Today, the peoples' brotherhood among all the peoples living in North Syria on our land has been created because they have followed the ideology of the peoples’ leader Abdullah Ocalan," Ibrahim said.

Ibrahim Kelo concluded, "We say to the whole world about their silence towards our leader that we will continue adopting the ideology and philosophy of Ocalan and we live freely and with fraternity of peoples on our land. We resist all the aggressors, and we will continue resisting until we foil Turkey's plans and practices against the leader."
