Military vehicle of Turkish occupation army destroyed in Wan

The Popular Defense Forces(HPG) pointed out that their forces destroyed a military vehicle of the Turkish occupation army in Ebex district of Wan state in Bakur "northern Kurdistan" and a Turkish soldier was killed during the operation.

HPG's Media Center issued a written statement on the operation carried out by their forces on July 25 in Ebex district of Wan state, in Bakur, "North Kurdistan".

The text of the statement:

"In the course of the revolutionary campaign in Iyala Serhed, at 23:30 hours on July 25, our forces carried out a special operation against a military vehicle of the" Amarok "type which was heading to Ebex district of Wan.

During the operation, a Turkish soldier was killed and three others were wounded. After the operation, the Turkish occupation army transferred the dead soldier and the injured from operation place via skorsky helicopter.

In a related context, the aircraft of the Turkish occupation army at 15:00 on the date of the 27th of July carried out an attack on Sîda area of Zap area and did not result in any casualties in the ranks of our forces.
