Tal Abyad Festival of Culture , Heritage to launch tomorrow

The Preparatory Committee for the Second Tal Abyad Festival of Culture and Heritage held on the occasion of the July 19 Revolution was set up in Ain Arous town related to Tal Abyad (Girê Spî) canton.

The Preparatory Committee for Tal Abyad Culture and Heritage Festival, to be held in Girê Spî canton, on Saturday, July 12, 2018, began to decorate the place of celebration that was held today in the square of Ain Arous town, with pictures of martyrs and banners that symbolize the revolution of July 19 ,the flags of the martyrs' of Syria Democratic Forces(SDF) and People Protection Units (YPG). And many of the ancient heritage tools of the people of the area put in the square of the festival, including Arab coffee making tools.

In its turn, the Culture and Art Center in Girê Spî presented two statues of the leader of the democratic nation Abdullah Ocalan, the other symbolizing free women and placed in the ceremonial square off the stage.

The festival will be launched on Saturday with the participation of the people of the Euphrates region.
