The revolution of 19 July has achieved for the regions 's people in Syria as (Kurdish - Arabic - Syriac - Assyrian - Turkmen - Armenian Circassian) it is restore all its gains for components of the people as language, culture, heritage, historical glory, organization and the management of its social life according to its nature and will.

In the second part of this dossier we mention the rapid achievements of 19 July in the revival of cultures and the re-consolidation of social relations between all ethnicities after decades of policies of discrimination and racism and systematic marginalization against them by the ruling authorities.

Syriac, Assyrian and Chaldean

Syric ,Assyrians and Chaldeans are considered  from ancient societies in Rojava and North Syria to have a culture, civilization, culture and a language rich in definition. Although there is widespread in Syria and they are considered  the owners of the historical land, but their condition was as the kurdish people in denial and persecution and marginalization because of the policies of the ruling Baath Party at the time in Syria in general.

Syriac language and culture and political representation were not formally established in the Syrian state after the arrival of the Assad family and the Baath party in Syria, in order to allow them to practice their activities and develop their language and culture only within the churches and assemblies associated with these religious centers these policies result in large migration of these communities abroad so these cultures were threatened with extinction.

During the 19 July Revolution, which was estblished on the basis of the revival and promotion of cultures to protect and end denial and exclusion, these societies took historic steps on their historical heritage. The revolution supported the teaching of the Syriac language in schools and the training of its teaching staff as well as the Kurdish language immediately after its inception. In its social charter, Autonomous Administration is considered Syriac as an official language alongside Kurdish and Arabic

As for the political will, they have allocated seats in the Legislative and Executive councils in al-Jazzera region except to stand in the electoral lists of the parties and political and social organizations of each component in a free and democratic manner, and there must necessarily be an adviser of Assyrian Syriac components in the joint administration and deputies in most Autonomous governing bodies.

On the military and security front, the forces of the Syrian military council, which is now under the umbrella of the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, as well as the Soroto security forces belonging to Asayish forces in North Syria were formed in Rojava and North Syria in early 2013. They have been played an active role alongside of People and Women Protection Units YPG,YPJ in confronting the mercenary and terrorist  gangs and the protection of Syriac and Assyrian villages in al-Jazzera region .

The Yezidi community is about to show itself again after marginalization for long time

If the kurd lived persecution, national tyranny and denial of Kurdish identity and culture in Syria, the Yezidi Kurd was living in the latter's weakness. Apart from that, the religion and the Yezidi community suffered from obliteration of history and the abolition of religion and persecution of society .

Neither religion nor society was recognized in Syria, although it represents the third religion after Islam and Christianity in Syria, where the Yezidi community spreads in most areas of al-Jazzera region and Afrin a few emigrated to Aleppo and Damascus for decades for economic reasons.

With the beginning of the revolution of July 19, the revival and protection of the Yazidi community was a priority. The Yezidis formed associations in both of al-Jazzera region and Afrin to gather together the will of the community and their representatives for Autonomous Administration and religious, social and diplomatic institutions in North Syria .

And considered an official religion alongside Islam and Christianity in the social contract of the North Syria Federation and make the days of major holidays have a public holiday in the regions in which they are existed In addition to supporting the teaching of the Yezidi religion and providing the necessary facilities to practice their rites in Rojava and in Dohuk province in southern Kurdistan.

Arab and Kurdish tribes - unite the people against external aggression in defense of the common cultural heritage

In the context of restoring people's gains and protection, dozens of meetings were held with Kurdish clans's notables in the region, resulting in the convening of the clan meeting in Amouda area on 21 February 2013 in the presence of representatives of all the Kurdish clans from Serê Kaniyê city to Deirk, Which reached 30 tribes in order to consoildate the ties of fraternity of peoples and co-existence in the region

The Autonomous Administration and Syria Democratic Council SDC also continued with all the Arab tribes in the Euphrates and al-Jazzera 's regions , al-Raqqa and Deir –ez-Zor to hold several seminars and a large tribal forum that includes representatives of all clans and political, social, religious and cultural figures in order to unite the people against external aggression and defend the gains of the peoples of the region.

These tribes played the most prominent role in the liberation of their areas from terrorist gangs , especially in Deir –ez-Zor and al-Raqqa and Manbij, where they appealed and supported  the fighters of Syrian Democratic Forces SDF and then encouraged the people to organize themselves in the councils to demonstrate their will to build their society.
