Şîlan Şakir: Barzanî statement evidence of agreement with Turkey

The Prime Minister of Kurdistan region Nêçîrvan Barzanî telephoned with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and blessed his victory in the elections, and Barzanî accused PKK occupation, on this subject, Hawar news agency (ANHA) interviewed with the Co-chair of Azadî movement Şîlan Şakir talking about the statement of Nêçîrvan Barzanî shows the agreement with the occupation and Erdogan seeks from this policy to ignite a civil war in Başûr

Şîlan Şakir said that the AKP's fascism reached a great extent and continued: "The fascist Turkish state is pursuing its policies on the four parts of Kurdistan, which is the policy of denying and annihilating the Kurdish people, and this is known by all,   yet there is international silence around the world on Turkey's policies."

"Our people must be vigilant in the face of schemes"

Şîlan Şakir pointed out that Erdogan and the Turkish state are taking PKK's presence in Başûr as an excuse for launching the occupation attacks. "Everyone knows that this pretext is baseless because AKP government is hostile to all peoples and is a fascist state and its purpose to elimination of the Kurdish people, those attacks targeting all the Kurdish people and Turkey is seeking at the same time to ignite a civil war in Başûr and the Kurdish people must be vigilant in the face of these schemes".

Weak positions strengthen attacks

Şîlan Şakir said that the Turkish state's attacks on Başûr are a big crime: "The Turkish state has crossed the border in public, the borders are overflowing with air and land, the Iraqi state must take a firm and effective stance, the weak and ineffective positions of the Iraqi state affect the Turkish attacks. Although the Iraqi government and the Iraqi parliament have made statements against the attacks at times but have not taken a clear position yet, indicating the weakness of the Iraqi government, it must take a clear position as quickly as its statements do not constitute a sufficient response to the attacks of the Turkish state. "We, as an Azadî movement, say that the Iraqi government has not yet understood the significance of this occupation, this occupation if today is under the pretext of fighting the PKK, tomorrow it will attack PDK when its interests end with it."

 Başûr people have never accepted surrender and will not accept it

Şîlan Şakir pointed to the resistance of the people of  Başûr Kurdistan in the face of the attacks of the Turkish state and said: "The people of      Başûre resisted years ago in the face of the occupation attacks and is always revolt, especially since 2014 so far our people are a great struggle against all attacks and occupation. Without a doubt, if a firm stance is not taken by the political authorities, the people will remain alone in the face of attacks, yet our people refuse to surrender Economic and social crises and protection problems are aimed at the will of the people of Başûr Kurdistan within the framework of a special war policy. In the people, but the resistance of the people and its activities all these schemes fail."

In the face of division, the national conference must be held

Şîlan Şakir stressed the need to hold a national conference to confront the attacks and continued: "To thwart all attacks on the Kurdish people must convene the National Conference All the enemies of Kurdistan move on the basis of division and the solution is to hold the National conference."

The Co-chair of Azadî movement Şîlan Şakir at the end of her speech, appealed to Kurdistan Başûr's people  all said: "We must not stop until the elimination of the occupation and our people to escalate the struggle and carry out various activities at all levels and to show strong positions."
