Opening municipality in al-Hiyya district in Manbij

The Municipalities Committee of the Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij and its countryside opened, during a ceremony, a municipality in al-Hiyya district in the northern countryside of the city.

The committee opened a municipality in al-Hiyya district in the northern countryside of the city, in the presence of representatives of the Civil Administration and the civil community’s institutions in Manbij.

During the ceremony, many speeches were delivered by the Municipalities Committee, the Civil Administration, and the Women's Committee.

The speeches congratulated the opening of the municipality, wishing to upgrade the service situation in the area saying, "The progress of nations is measured to the extent that has been achieved in raising the standard of living of its people, solving their problems and improving the service affairs for them. The work must be within the framework of social cooperation and co-existence."

Furthermore, the ceremony ended with cutting of the Municipality's opening ribbon by the administration in the Martyrs' Families Foundation, Fatima al-Ali.
