Clan's notables: Erdogan is terrorism’s godfather, to be defeated in Syria

During the visit held on Tuesday by the Arab clans’ sheikhs in al-Raqqa area to the condolence tent of martyrs in the ranks of the People Protection Units (YPG) to offer condolences to their families, Hawar news agency (ANHA) held interviews with them to talk about the Turkish aggression on Afrin and its ambitions to occupy Manbij, in addition to talking about the latest developments of al-Jazzera Tempest campaign which was launched by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to eradicate Islamic State's gangs in the area.

SDF's victories have changed the political map

In the begging, the Sheikh Hamad Sheikh Shehadeh, the Seikh of al-Na'eem clan in North Syria and a member of the Relations Bureau of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the Euphrates region said that after liberating al-Raqqa and its entire countryside from the grip of the Islamic State's gangs, the Syrian Democratic Forces headed towards the northern countryside of Deir ez-Zor and liberated large areas of the countryside of Deir ez-Zor and al-Hasakah canton from the grip of the Islamic State's gangs, stressing that these victories which were achieved have changed the political map in the area and foiled all the schemes of Turkey in particular, which used to rely on IS to expand its influence in the area. Furthermore, these victories were the reason of the Iranian-Turkish-Russian rapprochement that have the primary role in shedding the blood of the Syrian people and prolonging the life of the crisis.

The invasion of Afrin is an attempt to prolong the life of terrorism

On the Turkish invasion and occupation of Afrin canton which used to be safe, and embraced all spectrums of the Syrian people, the Sheikh Shehadah said, "Erdogan is the godfather of terrorism in the area, and it is not a secret that the Turkish invasion of Afrin came after defeating the Islamic State's gangs so Turkey intervened and occupied Afrin in an attempt to prolong the life of terrorism and undermine the gains and victories which have been achieved by the solidarity of North Syria's people against IS.

The Sheikh Hamad Shehadah concluded his speech saying, "As Arab tribes, we stand in solidarity with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)'s fighters, YPG, YPJ and all those who contributed to the liberation of our land and our people from the abomination of IS mercenaries because this liberation came thanks to the blood of the martyrs.

We will remain SDF’s supporters until the salvation from terrorism and occupiers

The Sheikh Daham al-Shibli, the Sheikh of al-Hoss clan that is related to al-Afadela Arab tribe said, "We, as notables of the Arab tribes, will continue to support the Syrian Democratic Forces until we get rid of terrorism, mercenaries and all the occupiers of our land. We support the democratic projects that are applied in North Syria because they unified the people and the land and eradicated injustice and tyranny."

At the end of his speech, the Sheikh al-Shibli congratulated the Syrian people on the liberation al-Deshisha town, wishing the victory for (SDF) and the liberation of the remaining Syrian territories from the hands of the Islamic State's gangs .

Turkey like its mercenaries will be defeated in Syria

For his part, the Sheikh Ayed al-Hadi who is the Sheikh of Mousa al-Thaher tribe said, "The Turkish occupation of Afrin is a brutal occupation on the Syrian land. Turkey has no right to occupy our land, displace our people from their homes, manipulates its demography and create strives among the components of our peoples. We assure to Erdogan who plants terrorism and claims fighting it that he will be defeated in Syria inevitably. The Syrian people with all its components would not accept the mercenaries and occupiers on their land no matter how long.

Manbij, which was liberated from IS terror, will not accept another terror

As for the Turkish threats to occupy Manbij city, Sheikh al-Hadi pointed out that Turkey's occupation of Manbij would be a dream for Erdogan because Manbij that has been liberated from the abomination of the Islamic State’s gangs would not allow the entry of another terrorism that is represented by the Turkish occupation and its mercenary gangs.
