Insuring fertilizer for farmers in Tel Berak

The Agriculture Committee distributed the fertilizer to the farmers of Tel Berak in Qamişlo canton according to the area planted at low prices due to the need of plants of this area to this material.

The Agriculture Committee of Tel Barak distributed fertilizer to the farmers of the district and its countryside as easy and affordable loans to encourage the farmers to cultivate cotton and summer vegetables.

As the lands need for fertilizer and at the request of the farmers, the Agriculture and Livestock Body provided the fertilizer and insured 120 tons of fertilizer as they were distributed to the farmers, starting from 9 of this month. The first batch was distributed to the farmers and each donum of the cultivated land area has an amount of 35 kg.

It is scheduled that the commission would receive the second batch of fertilizer that is estimated by 80 tons before Eid al-Fitr.

The price of a ton of fertilizer was set at 225,000 S.P in cash and it would be sold to the farmers at the same value till production time.
