Al-Qaftan: We will not negotiate with killers

Under the slogan, "A Decentralized, Democratic and Pluralistic Syria," the Syria Future Party held a meeting with al-Raqqa's people to introduce the people to the goals and aspirations of the party to solve the Syrian crisis.

The meeting was held at al-Taj Hall in the center al- Raqqa city, and members of the local councils and many of the people in addition to the head of the Syria Future Party Ibrahim al-Qaftan and members of the party in al-Raqqa attended the meeting.

Discussions were held by the people with the members of the party about the goals and changes that would be made by the Syria Future Party.

The meeting began with holding a minute of silence, after which the head of Syria Future Party, Ibrahim al-Qaftan, spoke to the audience and explained the objectives and aspirations of the party.

Al-Qaftan said, "The party will not negotiate with the killers and will not talk to the traitors, but it will talk to whoever mistook to solve what Syria is going through; atrocities and crises. Syria deserves to restore its prestige and to turn it back to a pluralistic Syria."

Al-Qaftan pointed out that the party will seek to hold a dialogue with all regional countries even if there would be some mistakes. Al-Qaftan added, "We know and they know that there are exceeds and occupations in our territories, and we will not allow them to do so."

Then, the way was given to the people to ask their questions and participate in the meeting by their views, including the citizen Maryam al-Sheikh, Nada Dandal and the citizen Ahmed Al Owais, and their views focused on the errors found in the civil institutions and the equality between the women and men in providing employment opportunities for women.

Furthermore, the citizens hoped that the party will correct the mistakes and help the people in al-Raqqa city.
