6 soldiers killed in HPG’s operations in Bakur

The media center issued a written statement in which it disclosed the outcomes of their operations in Amed, Agirî, Şernax, Siret and Serhad in Bakur Kurdistan.

The text of the statement included:

"In the framework of the revolutionary campaign launched on behalf of the Martyr Dalal and Basta’s martyrs, our forces carried out an operation on Deriya Sifo Hill in Basta area related to Şernax city on May 12. Our forces dealt strong strikes to the occupation’s sites. According to the information received, a soldier of the Turkish occupation was killed during the operation.

On the same day, our forces carried out an operation against a military unit of the enemy in the same area. It was not known the number of killed and wounded among the Turkish occupation army in the operation.

In the context of the revolutionary operation launched under the name of Serkften (Victory), our forces carried out an operation near the border gate of Deliju in Başan district in Idar city against a vehicle carrying soldiers of the Turkish occupation. Our troops dealt harsh strikes to the vehicle which resulted in the destruction of the vehicle entirely. The operation resulted in killing three soldiers of the Turkish occupation.

At the evening of May 11 at 17:00, our forces carried out an operation against the Turkish Kontra elements who were trying to block the road at Iliesu Dam in Vandka area of ​​ Kabar Mount. Our forces deal a blow to a bulldozer that was blocking the road, and destroyed the bulldozer and killed a Kontra's element that was inside the bulldozer.

On May 11 at 17:00, our forces carried out an operation against Mamira post in Deha district in Sirt city. Our forces launched strong strikes to the post, and that resulted in killing 1 soldier of Turkish occupation.
