Water networks' maintenance continues in al-Raqqa

The maintenance workshops of the People's Municipality Council in al-Raqqa city continue to maintain the main and secondary water lines in the city.

The workshop managed to maintain the main line of 800 in al-Dariya neighborhood and the line 400 in al-Mushlab neighborhood and the 200 line at Omar bin Khattab School in Mansour Street, while the work is continuing to maintain the line 250 in Hazima Square area and the line 600 in al-Nahda neighborhood.

In this context, the director of the Water Department the engineer Jassem al-Khalaf spoke to ANHA agency and said, "We are working today to repair the lines damaged in the result of the battles that took place in the city while it was being liberated from IS mercenaries. We have completed work on a number of lines, and continue to work to maintain all the damaged lines in the city's neighborhoods, so that we would be able to supply water to all our people's houses in al-Raqqa as soon as possible."

Al-Nahda neighborhood's people also thanked al-Raqqa Civil Council's efforts for maintaining the water line in their neighborhood and reaching water to them.
