Women House in al-Salhabiya al-Gharbiya in al-Raqqa opened

Al-Raqqa Civil Council, the Syrian Democratic Council, the Organization of Global Women's Coordination and the local councils, as well as the people of al-Salhabiya area attended the opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony started by holding a minute of silence. Then, several speeches were delivered by the Women's Bureau of the Syrian Democratic Council, the Women’s Coordination in al-Raqqa Civil Council and a speech on behalf of the Future Syria Party, the Women's Committee in al-Rumaila and the People's Assembly in Kediran as the speeches congratulated opening the Women House to all al-Salhabiya people and the area, and wished them success and advance, noting that this house will serve as a center for raising the awareness of the women and to activate their role in the society to be effective in all aspects of life, and to be able to contribute to the construction and stability in addition to achieving their rights.

The opening ribbon was then cut by Women Council’s member in al-Raqqa Civil Council Fayrouz Khalil.
