2nd military regiment formed in Manbij

Within the formation of military regiments with organized scientific and academic qualification, Manbij Military Council finished on Thursday the second regiment under the name of Martyr Abdu Dushka after they underwent a training course that lasted for 45 days in which they received intellectual and military courses.

The graduation ceremonies held at one of the military regiments’ headquarters in the area and Manbij Military Council's commanders and the co-chair of Manbij Legislative Council Farouq al-Mashi attended the ceremonies.

During the ceremony, the commander in Manbij Military Council Ibrahim Hamdan delivered a speech, and congratulated Manbij's people and the joined fighters on forming the second regiment.

Hamdan noted, "Many foreign parties are trying to destabilize our area’s security and stability, but Manbij young men organized themselves within the forces defending the area, and they have thwarted all attempts and blocked the way beside all those who dared to make such attempts."

Furthermore, the graduation ceremonies concluded with chanting the slogans which glorify the martyrs.
