"What happened in Afrin mirror of al-Gouta"

A few days ago, the media reported on the bombing of toxic gases in Duma area, killing dozens of people, including children and women.

Condemning reactions to this bombing continue in the Syrian and international circles.

The co-chair of Legislative Council of al-Tabqa, Roshin Hami, described the scenes of children and women as bodies that were dumped on the ground after chemical blows to the "heinous crime." Calling on the international community "to stop these massacres taken by the killers as a means to displace the Syrians from their areas noting of the massacres committed by Turkey and its foes in Afrin in order to displace its people and change the demographic structure of the area."

After the bombing of Duma, international movements led by United States have emerged to blow military strikes against Syrian regime along with plans to impose sanctions on Syrian regime, Iran and Russia.

Despite meeting more than once UN Security Council failed to issue a resolution condemning the bombing of Duma.

Since the outbreak of Syrian crisis in spring of 2011, Russia has used the veto in the UN Security Council 12 times, which some saw as Russian coverage of what they called the crimes of Syrian regime.

The convictions did not stop at the official level, but spread to the popular circles.

Arab tribes in al-Tabqa area condemned on the lips of one of its representatives, Sheikh Ahmed Awad al-Hussein "the dirty crimes in Afrin and al-Gouta." Referring to "the serious demographic change sought by the murderers of the Turkish and Baathist sides who followed the same approach without any deterrent"

Al-Hussain called on the "free world countries to stand with the people of Syria to stop the series of massacres and continued displacement."

"The Syrian people are peaceful people who love life and what Syria is witnessing is not a war but a real genocide".
