New US sanctions on Russian officials
Washington has imposed new sanctions on a number of Russian businessmen and official figures, including the interior minister.

Washington has listed 38 businessmen and Russian officials on the sanctions list, Sputnik said.
According to the US Treasury Department, both the Russian Security Council Secretary, the President of Gazprom and the head of the Russian National Guard's military administration were included in the sanctions list.
it added that the Russian interior minister was included in the sanctions against the background of the events in Ukraine, while Ross Auburn Export was listed in the US sanctions list on Syria.
The list also included former director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Mikhail Fradkov.
