Opening garden on Ocelan birth occasion

The residents of the Serin district of Kobani canton in the Euphrates region opened a garden on the occasion of the birth of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocelan on Wednesday, where they planted trees.

KOBANI- As the birth of Ocelan is closed, which is celebrated by the people of the area, opened on Tuesday a garden in Serin district called "Garden of 4 April", during a ceremony.

During the ceremony, a speech was given by the member of Democratic Society Movement, Khadija Hamo, who at the beginning welcomed the audience, noting that they are planting hope and life on the soil of their land, asserting that their land was stained with the martyrs' blood.

During her speech, Khadija noted that Ocelan had planted hope in them and directed them towards the right path, the path of freedom and democracy.

Loren Baki, the co-chair of the Serin's municipality, said that tree planting means sticking to the land and sticking to their land as the root of the tree, and said "On the anniversary of the birth of Ocelan, we will work to spread peace and security as the leader called."
