Dêrik , Girgê Ligê people attended funeral of strugglers Mohammed , Rizgar

QAMISHLO - Thousands of people from Dêrik area and its villages have attended the funerals of  the People's Protection Units Mohammad Salmiya, who was martyred in an accident while performing his duties in protecting Rojava and northern Syria and Rizgar Amad who were participated In resistance of the age in Afrin canton against the Turkish occupation army.

In the shrine and after a minute of silence, fighters from the People's and Women's Protection Units and the Self-Defense Forces held a military ceremony in honor of the fighters Mohammed and Rizgar.

Muhiuddin Khirki then gave a speech on behalf of the military forces in which he stressed that "the strugglers Mohammed and Rizgar were organized and disciplined fighters during the period of duty within the ranks of the People's Protection Units."

"The martyrs did not hesitate to participate in all fronts against the various forces attacked by the region, and the most precious of what they have in order for the people of Rojava and northern Syria to live freely and dignity."
