YPJ discusses integration with German delegation

A German delegation visited the headquarters of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), where the two sides discussed the integration file and the status of the units, while the General Command of the Women's Protection Units affirmed that the current century is the century of women's leadership.

A delegation of German activists representing the "Women Defend Rojava" and "Defend Kurdistan" campaigns visited the Women's Protection Units (YPJ). They were received by YPJ General Command member Rohlat Afrin, YPJ spokesperson Roxen Mohamed, and commanders Destina Halap and Britan Hasaka, according to the YPJ's official website.

During the meeting, Rohlat Afrin spoke about the integration of YPJ, emphasizing that "the 21st century is the century of discussion about solutions, and the century of women's leadership."

She added, "No one can forget or deny this," noting that women have reached a stage where they understand their will and recognize themselves. She said, "When we started the revolution, our numbers were very small, and from there we have reached this day."

At the end of the meeting, the German activists presented YPJ with a book in German titled "The Practical Guide to Restoring Equality," while Rohlat Afrin presented the delegation with commemorative scarves on behalf of YPJ.
