Until May 29: 2024-2025 academic year extended in NE, Syria
The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria has extended the ongoing 2024-2025 academic year up to May 29.
The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Education Authority released an important circular for all education authorities in the cantons, including Circular No. 7, which extended the 2024-2025 school year to May 29, 2025.
The specifications of the circular are Article (1), which extends the school year to May 29, and Article (2), which calls on all concerned parties to comply with the immediate implementation of the instructions.
This step is taken in line with the authority in order to provide continuity to education and offer an appropriate education opportunity to students in the area, and provide students adequate time to complete studies, considering prevailing challenges.
