The residents of the eastern neighborhood of Ain Issa city found a body inside a bag (charred), where they rushed to inform the competent authorities in the Internal Security Forces.
According to the residents, the unidentified charred body was found next to the Ain Issa-Raqqa highway.
The Internal Security Forces began investigating to determine the identity of the body and the circumstances of the incident.
