On Monday, September 29, 2025, two fighters of the Transitional Government’s forces were killed in the al-Maysar neighborhood of Aleppo after a dispute with a neighbor escalated into an armed confrontation. The neighbor opened fire on them directly over a quarrel regarding a “ventilation opening,” killing both men instantly.

In a separate incident, three people were killed and another seriously injured during an armed brawl in the Qadi Askar neighborhood of the city, stemming from earlier disputes. Firearms were used in the clash.

These incidents highlight the escalating wave of insecurity and uncontrolled weapons in Transitional Government-held areas, undermining stability and heightening public concern.
