Two Amuda youth freed after abduction

The authorities of the Syrian Transitional Government released two young men, Kamiran Khaled and Mohammed Habash, two days after their abduction while returning home from Damascus.

After two days of being abducted from the city of Amuda, Kamiran Farouq Khaled, 25 years old, and Mohammed Abdul Halim Habash, 26 years old, by elements of the Public Security forces affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government, they were released a short while ago. 

The families of the two young men confirmed that they are on their way back to Amuda after being released by the Public Security forces of the Syrian Transitional Government, in a phone call to ANHA Agency.

What Happened?

Two families from the city of Amuda lost contact with their sons since yesterday evening while they were returning from Damascus. The two young men, Kamiran Farouq Khaled (25 years old) and Mohammed Abdul Halim Habash (26 years old), had traveled to Damascus a few days ago. While returning from there yesterday, contact was lost with them on the Homs-Salamiyah road.

The last contact with them was the day before yesterday at 6:00 PM.
