The Turkish authorities have imposed a curfew on 11 areas in Shirnakh province, North Kurdistan, for a period of 15 days.

The governor of Shirnakh has once again declared 11 areas in Shirnakh, North Kurdistan, as a "temporary special security zone" and imposed a 15-day curfew.

According to the Mezopotamya Agency, the areas under curfew are: "Mount Besta, Gabar, Judi, Mount Kela Mimi, Biran, Mihiri, Takhta Rash, Mount Kort, Kato Jirka, Altan Daglari, and the Doli area."
