Three killed and three injured in Syria in past 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, various regions in Syria witnessed a series of security incidents and crimes, according to our agency.

In the northern Aleppo countryside, gunmen opened fire on two members of the Ministry of Defense of the Syrian Interim Government on the road leading to the crossing in the city of al-Ra'i, killing them instantly. The gunmen then fled the scene.

In Homs, a young man was injured when a landmine exploded while he was tiling the floors of a destroyed house in the village of Sukra. Local sources indicated that the mine was planted among the rubble. The young man was taken to a medical center for treatment.

In the al-Saliheen neighborhood of Aleppo, a fight between two young men escalated into a group assault and indiscriminate gunfire, resulting in injuries to two women, one of whom was pregnant, according to eyewitnesses.

In Sweida, an armed drone belonging to the Syrian Interim Government targeted the civilian prison in the city, causing material damage but no casualties.

In the western Sweida countryside, the area around the village of al-Majdal witnessed a military escalation, with the area being targeted by drones equipped with heavy weapons. This led to intermittent clashes between the National Guard forces and the Syrian Interim Government forces, with no confirmed information available regarding the extent of the losses.

In Idlib, residents found the body of a young man who had been murdered in the al-Karama camp near the village of Qah, which is part of the city of Dana. The reasons and motives for the crime are still unknown. The victim was originally from the town of al-Latamna, north of Hama
