Protest in Hasaka condemning massacre committed by Damascus government in Deir ez-Zor

A crowd of residents of the city of Hasaka, Jazera Canton demanded accountability for the criminals who committed a massacre in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor during a protest organized by the Syrian Homeland Party.

HASAKA

The Syrian Homeland Party organized a protest in the city of Hasaka, condemning the massacre committed by the Damascus government forces, on Friday in the villages of Dahla and Jideda al-Bakara, which led to the martyrdom of 11 civilians, including a family of 2 children, and the injury of 5 others.

The protest, which was organized at the Sinalco roundabout in the city of Hasaka, was attended by tribal elders holding up pictures of the victims of the massacre.

Banners carried by protesters were written with phrases demanding accountability for criminals, others with "the blood of our children is dear to us" and others "Whoever kills our children is illegitimate."

Various areas in the NE Syria are witnessing Protests, marches and positions of Arab tribes condemning the attacks launched by the Damascus government on the countryside of Deir ez-Zor.
