Second convoy of Serêkaniyê people ser off Tuesday 

The second convoy of displaced people from Serêkaniyê is scheduled to depart next Tuesday for the eastern countryside of Serěkaniyê, as well as several villages in the vicinity of Tel Tamer and Zirgan, as part of the ongoing efforts to return displaced persons to their original areas.

According to the Serêkaniyê Displaced Persons Committee, approximately 725 families are slated to return from the Serêkaniyê camp. These families will travel in the convoy to various areas and villages in the eastern countryside of Seêkaniyě and the surrounding areas of Tel Tamer and Zarkan .

This convoy comes amidst efforts to return displaced families to their original towns and villages after years of displacement.

The return process is expected to be coordinated with relevant authorities and the Serêkaniyê Displaced Persons Committee, with the necessary measures being taken to organize the movement of the families and ensure their safe arrival at their designated destinations.

The first convoy departed on August 10th, comprising approximately 400 families.
