The Turkish occupation state's attacks on defense areas escalated with internationally banned chemical weapons, and the People's Defense Forces revealed, during a statement published on May 29, that the occupying state used banned weapons 67 times in two days. The statistics escalated popular reactions.

In this context, the people of the city of Tirbespiyê, in al-Jazira Canton, called on the world and all patriots, men and women, to unite to stop the attacks.

Citizen Mezgin Lazgin praised the resistance shown by the Popular Defense Forces and the fighters of the Free Women’s Units - Star, in the face of the genocidal attacks, and considered it “heroic and historic resistance in the face of the enemy.”

She emphasized their support as women for the Guerrilla resistance, which represents the resistance of all oppressed peoples and components to the policies of imposing occupation and colonialism pursued by the Turkish occupying state.

Citizen Jihan Youssef, for her part, stressed the necessity of rallying around and supporting the resistance of the male and female fighters, and said: “The Guerrilla forces represent our will, our presence, and our freedom. We will continue to support them and we will achieve victory because we are united with our forces.”

In his turn, citizen Khalil Shindi explained that the male and female fighters of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement represent all of Kurdistan and its people, and stressed, "We will not allow Turkey to occupy our lands. We will resist alongside them in all arenas and fields until victory is achieved."
