Residents from Raqqa,Tabqa, Deir ez-Zor head to Tishrin Dam
A convoy of residents from the Cantons of Raqqa, Tabqa, and Deir ez-Zor has set out for Tishrin Dam to join the protest resistance there, aiming to protect the dam from attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.
This morning, the convoy of residents from Raqqa, Tabqa, and Deir ez-Zor departed for Tishrin Dam to participate in the protest at the dam’s structure against the attacks by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.
The convoy from Tabqa will meet up with the convoys from Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor in the city of Al-Mahmoudli, northwest of Raqqa, before heading together to the dam.
Since January 8, residents of the North and East Syria region have been taking shifts at Tishrin Dam in protest against the attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, aiming to protect the dam and demand an end to the assaults.
