PYD celebrates its 21st anniversary in Lebanon

 The celebration was attended by dozens of Kurds in Lebanon.

 It began with a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, then several speeches were delivered congratulating the anniversary of the founding of the party.

 The words pointed out that the PYD has embraced all components in accordance with  philosophy of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the approach of brotherhood of people.

 The words also stressed that " The party  overcomed all obstacles including the injustice of the ruling dictatorships and the fascism of the nation-state that assassinates leaders, journalists, and destroys infrastructure."

"The aggression is still ongoing to break the will of the people, but with the thought and philosophy of the leader and the role of women, we will reach a free and equal life."

 This was followed by reading the mechanism of action of the Women's Council in the PYD which was decided upon at the third conference held on August 20, 2024.

 The celebration ended with chanting "Women, Life, Freedom", "Freedom for Leader Ocalan", and "Martyrs are Immortal".
