The "Conference for the Unity of Kurdish Position and Ranks in Rojava Kurdistan" was held in the city of Qamishlo, with the participation of more than 400 figures from Rojava, as well as from Northern and Southern Kurdistan. Kurdish personalities attended, along with representatives of Kurdish forces, organizations, and parties, the Kurdistan National Congress, women's and youth organizations, cultural and social figures, artists, Kurdish tribal sheikhs, and Kurdish figures from Damascus, Aleppo, Hama, al-Bab, and Azaz.

The conference concluded with the announcement of a common Kurdish vision for the future of Syria. In an opinion poll conducted by ANHA Agency among the protesters at Tishrin Dam regarding the outcomes of the conference, they praised it and considered this day a historic one for the Kurdish people.

Mohammed Bouzan, a citizen of Armenian descent from the city of Kobani, said:

"I have participated in the protests at Tishrin Dam several times. I also bless the Conference for the Unity of the Kurdish Ranks and hope that our dream will come true and Kurdish unity will be achieved to end the oppression of the Kurdish people."

He continued: "For years, we have been waiting for the day when Kurdish unity would be achieved. Our dream has now come true. The Kurdish people must unite to protect their cause and achieve the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan."

Nihad Khalil, a displaced person from the occupied city of Tal Abyad, said:

"We are happy today; we have been eagerly awaiting this unity. The Kurdish people have suffered pain and injustice over the past years and have paid the price to achieve this unity. After a long wait, this dream has come true."

He added: "Today we are at the Dam of the Martyrs, the Dam of Resistance, which has become a historical turning point for the Kurdish cause. The resistance of Kobani and the resistance of Tishrin Dam have both become sources of Kurdish unity. As a Kurdish citizen, I feel joy and gratitude for this unity," noting that this conference "was achieved thanks to the sacrifices and resistance of the Kurdish people."

He also said that "the struggle and resistance of leader Abdullah Ocalan and his call for Kurdish unity have been realized today.

For his part, Sheikh Mustafa Daban from Kobani and a participant in the protests at Tishrin Dam, confirmed that "Tishrin Dam belongs to all peoples, and today the resistance of these peoples is crowned by the unity of Kurdish position and ranks," saying:

"We are waiting for the Kurdish people across all four parts of Kurdistan to unite as well."
