ANHA's correspondents in the region reported that the Turkish occupation mercenaries opened fire on a maintenance team of the Water Department in Kobani today, while trying to reach the water pump in the village of Shikhlar on the banks of the Euphrates River, west of the city of Kobani.
For the second time, the mercenaries prevented the team from reaching the pump to repair it, which led to obstructing efforts to deliver drinking water to the city of Kobani and its countryside.
