The Turkish occupation state has imposed strict isolation on Leader Abdullah Ocalan since March 25, 2021, and prevents his lawyer and family from communicating with him, despite submitting periodic requests to the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Turkish city of Bursa and the Imrali Prison Directorate.

The Turkish authorities prevent the families and lawyers of Omer Khairy Kunar and Hamili Yildirim and Veysi Aktaş from meeting with them.

The last meeting with Leader Abdullah Ocalan was with his lawyers Rezan Sarıja and Nowruz Uysal on August 7, 2019, while his last contact with the outside world was on March 25, 2021, during a phone call with his brother Muhammad Ocalan for 5 minutes, then the call was cut off.
