Assaulting child and kidnapping her father in occupied Afrin

The Turkish occupation state mercenaries kidnapped a citizen from Afrin, after his defense of his daughter who was assaulted by settlers, as the severity of attacks and crimes by settlers and Turkish occupation mercenaries against the remaining residents of Afrin has recently escalated.

Three settlers in occupied Afrin severely beat the Kurdish girl, Avad Shaheen Sido (14 years old), in the village of Kusanli in the Rajo district of Afrin, which has been occupied by Turkey and its mercenaries since 2018, according to eyewitnesses.

The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation state (Fifth Legion), kidnapped the father of the assaulted girl, for defending his daughter and protecting her from assault.

In addition to the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries in occupied Afrin, such as murder, kidnapping, robbery, looting and assault, occupied Afrin is witnessing an escalating wave of settler attacks on the remaining people of Afrin in the occupied areas, especially against children.

The minor Kurdish boy, Ahmed Mada, was killed on March 13 by a settler in Afrin who hailed from Idlib, and Shiyar Ibrahim and Rudy Çaqal were also stabbed with knives by settler sons on March 16.

On the Newroz eve, March 20, the body of citizen Haitham Jamil Ahmed (34 years old) was found, killed by a gunshot to the head in his home in occupied Afrin.
