New request to meet with Imrali detainees

The lawyers of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the other Imrali detainees submitted a new request to the Bursa Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Imrali Prison Directorate to meet with them.

Today, the lawyers of the Al-Asr Office, Rezan Saria, Radia Ozturk, Faiq Ozkur Arul and Mazloum Deng, submitted a new request to the Bursa Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Imrali Prison Directorate to meet with their clients, Leader Abdullah Ocalan, Omar Hayri Konar, Hamili Yildirim and Weysi Aktaş, detained in Imrali.

It is worth noting that since 2019, the authorities of the Turkish occupation state have been imposing disciplinary sanctions on Leader Ocalan, with the aim of continuing the isolation imposed on him first, and then depriving him of the "right to hope".

As no information has been received in any form about Leader Abdullah Ocalan since March 25, 2021.

Leader Ocalan was arrested 23 years ago in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, following an international conspiracy that targeted him on February 15, 1999, after which he was handed over to the authorities of the Turkish occupation state, which imposed strict isolation on him, preventing his lawyers and family from meeting with him.
