New Israeli incursions into Quneitra, homes searched

Israeli forces continue their incursions and military movements in Syrian territory. An Israeli force has entered the village of Ain Ziwan in the Quneitra countryside and is conducting searches of homes.

ANHA correspondents, citing local sources, reported that Israeli military movements were observed in several areas of the Quneitra countryside. A large military force entered the Tel Krom area, while another force moved toward Jaba town, alongside the deployment of military vehicles around the town and their approach toward residential areas.

Earlier, three Israeli military vehicles had entered the area and taken up positions along the earthen berm near homes in the western neighborhood of the town, amid continued military movements around Tel Krom and the town.

Local sources also reported Israeli military movements in the Ziwan and Samadaniyah areas in the Quneitra countryside, as part of military activity observed in various parts of the governorate.

These movements come amid continued Israeli incursions into the Quneitra countryside and the vicinity of Syrian villages and towns, amid heightened tensions and residents’ concerns over the continued deployment of military forces and vehicles and their approach toward populated areas.
