Minors brutally assaulted, citizen abducted in occupied Afrin

Turkish occupation mercenaries, known as the "Military Police," carried out a brutal assault on two minors and abducted another citizen in occupied Afrin, NE Syria, within the past 24 hours.

The Afrin-Syria Human Rights Organization reported that on Monday, August 5, Turkish occupation mercenaries "Military Police" brutally beat minors Renas Omar (16) and Khalil Omar (17) between the villages of Kawenda and Shankileh in the Rajo area of occupied Afrin for refusing to pay royalties for the mercenaries.

Other local sources in Afrin reported that on the same day, the "Military Police" abducted Khalil Abdul Jamo (41) from the village of Barad in the Shirawa town and took him to one of their detention centers in the town, marking the second abduction in less than 24 hours.

Additionally, Turkish occupation mercenaries known as the "Amshat" had also abducted Omar Mohammed Allo from the village of Mirkan in the Mabata district yesterday.

This comes amid ongoing violence and various forms of abuse and crimes against citizens of all age groups, including children and the elderly, violating all international and humanitarian laws.
