Against the backdrop of the attack launched by the drones of the Turkish occupation state on the vicinity of the Heart and Eye Hospital in the city of Qamishlo in Jazera Canton, and the service centers in the Canton of Afrin and Shahba, which led to the injury of civilians, the Health Body of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Manbij Canton, and the Council of the Democratic Union Party in the Canton of Afrin and Shahba, made 2 separate statements.

The statement of the Manbij Canton Health Body was read by Dr. Issa al-Hammadi in front of Al-Furat Hospital in the presence of male and female doctors, and the Democratic Union Party in Afrin and Shahba Canton was read by party member Walid Danki in the town of Favin.

While reading the 2 statements, dozens of participants carried pictures of the effects of the Turkish occupation state's bombing of medical and service centers, and the flags of the institutions.

The 2 statements expressed their rejection of the attacks of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries on the NE Syria, and stressed that its bombardment of the vicinity of Heart and Eye hospitals in Qamishlo, and the citizens in Shahba is a war crime against humanity.

They condemned the attacks, saying that the bombing of hospitals and service centers, and the continued Turkey targeting civilians, show that the Turkey flouts all humanitarian norms and international laws.

The two statements recalled the relevant international laws, "international law that approved the general and private protection of civilian medical sites in accordance with the Geneva Convention of 1977, which includes the protection of medical facilities, as it ensures that they are not targeted in any way."

The 2 statements called on "the international community, humanitarian organizations and the United Nations to take a clear position on the repeated brutal violations of Turkey our areas and to take legal measures to reduce their repeated attacks on medical and service facilities in the areas of the Autonomous Administration."
