The city of Hasaka witnessed a large-scale public march on Thursday demanding the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan. Hundreds of people from the cities of Hasaka, Tal Tamr, tal Barak, Shaddadi, and al-Hol participated in the march, along with IDPs from Sere Kaniye and Afrin residing in Hasaka and the Washokani and Sere Kaniye camps.

The march began at the Al-Hamama Roundabout in the Tal Hajar neighborhood and headed toward the Martyr Serhad Roundabout in the Mufti neighborhood. Participants raised pictures of the leader and chanted slogans, most notably "No life without the leader," affirming their commitment to the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan

At the Martyr Sarhad roundabout, after a minute of silence, the co-chair of the Hasaka City Council, Khatun Issa, delivered a speech in which she emphasized the importance of the diplomatic efforts led by women to achieve this demand, emphasizing that the struggle will continue until the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan is achieved.

For his part, Abdulghani Oso, member of the General Council of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), called on all segments of the population to take serious steps to achieve the physical freedom of the leader.
