Kobani University delegation continues its academic tour in Germany to enhance international scientific cooperation

As part of Kobani University's efforts to expand its scientific network and strengthen international academic partnerships, the university delegation continues its academic tour in Germany.

The delegation includes members of the university administration, Shervan Muslim and Ashraf Mahmoud, who arrived in Germany on the 25th of last month following their participation in the Eighth International Conference on Accounting, Business, Economics, and Politics, hosted by Szczyt University in Poland.

Following the conclusion of the conference, the delegation held a series of meetings and discussions with foreign and Kurdish academicians and researchers, as well as visited several German universities and academic institutions, with the aim of exploring opportunities for scientific collaboration and exchanging expertise.

As part of the visit program, the delegation held an extensive meeting at the Kurdish Studies Center, attended by a distinguished group of Kurdish academicians and researchers residing in Germany. Both sides discussed mechanisms for enhancing academic and scientific collaboration, as well as leveraging the expertise of Kurdish professionals abroad to support higher education and scientific research at Kobani University.

The discussions covered the current state of the university's departments and its educational curricula, as well as ways to enhance them in alignment with modern academic standards. They also addressed the university's immediate needs and the challenges associated with the academic and institutional integration process. Additionally, the delegation examined the state of education in the region and emphasized the importance of establishing scientific partnerships that contribute to educational stability and development.

For their part, Kurdish academicians and researchers in Germany have confirmed their readiness to provide various forms of support and assistance to Kobani University, as well as to contribute the academic expertise and experiences gained from German universities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing communication and coordination between both parties, as well as working to establish practical mechanisms for enhancing scientific and academic partnerships that benefit educational institutions and society.

The delegation of Kobani University is scheduled to continue its visit to Germany in the coming days, attending additional international meetings and conferences as part of the university's efforts to reinforce its academic presence and expand opportunities for scientific collaboration with international educational institutions.
