K Star: Karam AL hamed will remain symbol of women's struggle

The K Star strongly condemned the Turkish occupation state's targeting of the civilian convoy in the Tishreen Dam, and stressed that the generosity of karam AL hamed , the administrative of Zenobia Women's Gathering, who was martyred in targeting the convoy, will remain a symbol of women's struggle, calling in this regard on human rights and humanitarian bodies to assume their responsibilities and stop Turkish attacks.

The K Star issued a written statement regarding the Turkish occupation state's targeting of the convoy of civilians who went on Wednesday to the Tishreen Dam in order to stop the attacks on the dam and protect it from collapse.

3 people, including 2 women, were killed and 15 others were injured. For his part, the Zenobia Women's Gathering announced that the administrator of the Zenobia Women's Gathering Council, Karam Ahmed AL shahab AL hamed  , is among the three martyrs.

The K Star pointed to the Turkish occupation state's targeting of women NE Syria, and considered it a dangerous escalation and a violation of human values.

And explained that the martyr Karam was a prominent leader in the Zenobia Women's Gathering, and became a symbol of the struggle for women's freedom and rights, and an inspiring figure who seeks to build a democratic society that promotes the values of justice and equality.

He pointed out that targeting Karam is a double crime, a crime against humanity, a crime against the values of freedom represented by women, and considered it a desperate attempt to silence the voices of women fighting for a better future.

The K Star stressed in the statement that the international silence towards these violations only contributes to encouraging Turkey to move forward with its repressive and criminal policies, and warned that their continuation will lead to serious repercussions on security and stability in the region and the world.

The K Star called on the international community, the United Nations and human rights organizations to assume their moral and legal responsibilities and to act immediately to clearly condemn the Turkish crimes against women and civilians in NE Syria, open an independent international investigation into these crimes and bring those responsible to justice, as well as impose deterrent sanctions on Turkey to stop its flagrant violations.

"We affirm that women in NE Syria will not retreat from their legitimate struggle for freedom and dignity. The generosity of Ahed will not be forgotten and will remain a symbol of women's struggle for freedom and justice."
