Regional intelligence sources said that Jordanian aircraft carried out four strikes inside Syria today.

 Reuters quoted regional intelligence sources as saying that Jordanian jets launched four air strikes inside Syrian territory.

The sources confirmed that the strikes targeted "farms and hideouts of drug smugglers linked to Iran."

Local media in Suwayda said that sounds of explosions rang out near the Syrian-Jordanian border. It added that the raids targeted a site in the town of Arman, a farm near the town of Malah, and two sites north and south of the village of Al-Shaab.

The Suwayda 24 website reported, citing local sources, that unconfirmed reports of the killing of three people, including a major local drug dealer.
