Furthermore, in Hasaka, the Women's Council of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) delivered a similar statement.

The statement was read at the March 12 Martyrs Stadium in Qamishlo, attended by hundreds of women from women's bodies and institutions in the city. The women wore robes on which the slogan "Women, Life, Freedom" in Kurdish and Arabic was written, and carried pictures of Jina Amini in addition to banners with "The Revolution of Braids Continues," "Jina Amini Broke the Violence Against Women," "Society is Liberated by the Freedom of Women," and "We Will End Violence with Jina's Will, Jiyan's Persistence, and Zeinab's Struggle" written on.

The statement was delivered by the spokeswoman for the Kongra Star in Qamishlo, Rihan Temmo.

The statement commemorated all the martyrs of the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising, offered condolences to their families, and saluted the resisting women and peoples.

The statement emphasized, "On the third anniversary of the uprising of women and peoples against religious fanaticism, racism, and sexism, and in the face of the dominant power that excludes and ignores women, and in the person of Jina Amini who shook the throne of the mullahs, we pay tribute to this uprising."

The statement highlighted the greatness of the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising and continued, "The will of women has reached the entire world, and many individuals and parties have sought to suppress this resistance with racism, sexism, and religious fanaticism."

It made clear that the popular protests, which began with women's hope and anger, have evolved into the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising, in which Kurdish, Baloch, and Arab people from across Iran and Eastern Kurdistan participated.
