Local sources reported that Israeli forces fired three artillery shells overnight (Wednesday–Thursday) at the Batt al-Warda hill near the town of Beit Jinn in the western countryside of Damascus; there have been no reports of casualties or damage so far.

In another part of southern Syria, ANHA correspondent—citing security sources—reported that an Israeli force made an incursion at dawn today into the village of Taranja in the northern countryside of Quneitra. The force raided a home and conducted a search inside, amidst prevailing tension in the area.

These developments occur against the backdrop of ongoing Israeli movements and incursions in parts of southern Syria—particularly in the Quneitra and western Damascus countrysides—amidst repeated shelling, raids, and incursions into Syrian territory.
