Israeli incursions, random shooting in Quneitra

Israeli forces carried out a series of incursions into villages in the southern and northern countryside of Quneitra, involving about 15 military vehicles. They also randomly fired on civilian homes in al-Hamidiya town in the northern countryside of Quneitra.

An Israeli force, consisting of three military vehicles, including two Hilux pickup trucks and a Hummer, intruded on Tuesday from the entrance of Bir Ajam town towards the villages of Bariqa and Kodna in the Quneitra countryside.

In a related context, another force of 12 military vehicles, including army vehicles intruded from the western entrance of Saida al-Hanout village via Tel Abo Ghithar crossing, and proceeded along the road to al-Razaniya village.

Israeli forces also opened fire indiscriminately on civilian homes in al-Hamidiya town in the northern countryside of Quneitra, while simultaneously warning residents to stay away from the vicinity of the military base, sparking fear and anxiety among the residents, according to local residents.

No reports of casualties have been received so far. In addition, these movements are part of the repeated violations carried out by Israeli forces in the area.

On Tuesday morning, an Israeli patrol entered the village of Saida al-Golan in the Quneitra countryside, set up a checkpoint and searched a number of houses, before later withdrawing towards its positions in the Golan.
