Internal Security Forces Command: Kobani attack is a "cowardly attack"

The General Command of the Internal Security Forces described the recent air attack by the Turkish occupation on a house inhabited by civilians in the city of Kobani as a "cowardly attack."

The Internal Security Forces General Command of North and East Syria urged the international community and human rights organizations to take up their responsibilities in confronting these attacks against civilians who cannot defend themselves.

In a new escalation, a Turkish occupation drone targeted, with two successive strikes, a civilian house in the west of the city of Kobani in the Euphrates Canton today, which led to the martyrdom of two people and the serious injury of two others, in addition to significant material damage," the General Command said in a statement Wednesday evening.

Internal Security Forces Command said the attack was a "cowardly assault" and a "flagrant" violation of international laws and human rights, part of a series of "systematic attacks aimed at destabilizing the security and stability of the region." The command emphasized that "the sacrifices of our people will remain a motivation for us to continue defending our legitimate rights and achieving security and peace.
