Internal Security condemns Turkish occupation’s bombing of house, resulting in injuries

The Internal Security Forces published a written statement on its official website regarding the Turkish occupation state’s bombing of the Kobani countryside yesterday.

The statement said: “In a dangerous escalation targeting innocent civilians, yesterday, a Turkish occupation warplane bombed a house in the village of Ashma in the Kobani countryside.”

The statement revealed that seven children, a man, and two women were injured of varying degrees, which constitutes a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms that guarantee the protection of civilians during conflicts.

The statement added: "We strongly condemn this heinous crime, and affirm our commitment to protecting our people and defending their rights," and called on the international community and humanitarian organizations to shoulder their responsibilities and put pressure on Turkey to stop these repeated attacks.

And stressed that "peace and justice are a legitimate right for our people, and we will continue our struggle to ensure the security and safety of our people."
